Edition 2025 — Psairer Herbst

In autumn 2025, Psairer Herbst once again brought the Passeier Valley to life with about a month of activities dedicated to tradition, local flavors, and hiking. Between guided hikes, Törggelen in the farmsteads, cooking classes, and tastings of chestnuts, apples, and new wine, the festival engaged the valley's villages, from the vineyards of Riffian to the alpine pastures of the municipality of Moos in Passeier and the Hinterpasseier region.

Psairer Herbst 2025

In the 2025 edition, the Passeier Valley's autumn festival reaffirmed its well-established format: a month of events between October and November under the motto "taste, discover, experience." The program intertwined guided hikes at altitude, Törggelen moments with roasted chestnuts and new wine, cooking classes, farmstead visits, and village festivals. The municipality of Moos in Passeier and the Hinterpasseier region also participated with mountain-themed offerings, giving guests the chance to experience the South Tyrolean autumn amidst nature, rural traditions, and seasonal flavors.
