Edition 2025 — Prugnolo Mushroom Festival

In 2025, the Prugnolo Mushroom Festival once again enlivened Cavola di Toano with its tried-and-tested formula: a market fair along the village streets from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, games and shows for children, a guided walk to the historical beauties of the valley, and the themed lunch at CavolaForum dedicated to the prugnolo mushroom. It was precisely in 2025 that the event obtained the Unpli "Quality Festival" mark.

The 2025 edition took place in Cavola di Toano, in the Reggiano Apennines, with the market fair active along the village streets from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, accompanied by games and entertainment for the little ones. As tradition dictates, the gastronomic heart was the themed lunch at CavolaForum, with a menu built around the prugnolo mushroom and mandatory reservation. The guided walk to the historical and architectural beauties of the valley completed the day. 2025 also marked the achievement of the Quality Festival recognition by Unpli.
