Edition 2025 — Prugnolo Festival

In 2025, the Prugnolo Festival once again brought Firenzuola to life between late May and early June, with food stalls at the Largo Garibaldi festival area dedicated to the Prugnolo mushroom of the Alto Mugello. Crostini, potato tortelli, tagliolini, and scaloppine with Prugnolo, along with the inevitable ficattole with cold cuts, attracted visitors from all over the Mugello to a village festival defined by good food and volunteering.

The 2025 edition of the Prugnolo Festival confirmed the formula loved by enthusiasts and families: two weekends of celebration in the center of Firenzuola, with the Prugnolo mushroom as the absolute star of Mugello cuisine. At the Largo Garibaldi stalls, managed by the volunteers of S.S.D. Firenzuola, visitors could taste crostini, potato tortelli, tagliolini, and scaloppine with Prugnolo, accompanied by ficattole and cold cuts.

As per tradition, service was provided in the evening for dinner and, on Sundays, also for lunch. Beyond the good food, the festival represented an important moment of social gathering and concrete support for the sports and social activities aimed at the younger members of the Firenzuola community.
