Edition 2025 — Strawberry Festival
The 2025 edition of the Provincial Strawberry Festival, the 44th, animated Salara over the three May weekends. The Pro Loco food stand offered strawberry risotto, bigoli with ragù, pappardelle with duck, mixed grill, and strawberry salad with cream, with evening openings from 7:30 PM and also at lunchtime on Sundays. The ballroom dancing evenings featured various orchestras, accompanied by direct sales of strawberries and asparagus from local producers.
Programme
The three weekends (May 2-4, 9-11, 16-18, 2025)
- Fridays and Saturdays: food stand from 7:30 PM, dancing from 9:30 PM
- Sundays: opening also at lunchtime (12:30 PM)
The orchestras
- Paolo Franciosi, Barbara and Davide, Voice with Alida and Dennis, Sabrina Borghetti with guest Fabio Boccadoro
On the menu: strawberry risotto, bigoli with ragù, pappardelle with duck, mixed grill, strawberry salad with or without cream. Sale of local strawberries and asparagus.
