Edition 2025 — Prosit! Polu Uthar
The 14th edition
The 14th edition of Prosit! Polu Uthar took place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, starting at 7:00 PM, in the historic center of Pollutri, in the province of Chieti. Organized by the Municipal Administration and the Youth Council led by President Lucia Di Pietro, with the patronage of the Regional Council of Abruzzo, the event transformed the village into a sprawling route of tastings, music, and conviviality.
Along the town streets, visitors were able to sample local wines and traditional rustic dishes, accompanied by typical sweets, crafts, and live music. The 2025 novelty was the introduction of products and dishes dedicated to celiac guests, thanks to the collaboration with AIC Abruzzo, while the free shuttle service from the sports field facilitated access to the center. Local entities such as Cantina San Nicola, Di Fonzo Autolinee, Città del Vino, and Colline dei Trabocchi collaborated on the initiative.
