Edition 2025 — Prosciutto and Baccelli Festival
The 2025 edition of the Prosciutto and Baccelli Festival, the 25th, took place in Peccioli between late April and early May, with the main days at the Incubatore d'impresa along the Strada Provinciale della Fila and the traditional conclusion in the Le Serre area.
In 2025, the heart of the festival remained prosciutto and fava beans, served alongside numerous Valdera specialties for lunch, snacks, and dinner. The event was framed by an artisan and craft market, as well as attractions and workshops dedicated to children, in a village festival atmosphere managed by the Corale Valdera.
