Edition 2025 — Prosciuttando

The 2025 edition of Prosciuttando and L'Ulivo e il Tartufo dei Colli Berici celebrated the region's excellences in Nanto — Prosciutto Veneto Berico Euganeo DOP, De.Co. Scorzone Truffle, and EVO oil — with cooking shows, tastings, visits to ham factories, live music, and a walk through the olive groves of the Berici Hills.

In 2025, Nanto once again dedicated a July weekend to its three gastronomic excellences with the Prosciuttando and L'Ulivo e il Tartufo dei Colli Berici festival. At the sports facilities, amidst cooking shows with local chefs, tastings of Prosciutto Veneto Berico Euganeo DOP, De.Co. Scorzone Truffle, and extra virgin DOP oil, visits to ham factories, and evenings with live music, the festival attracted food lovers and tourists. The walk through the olive trees, combining taste and landscape discovery, was a must-do. Organized by Pro Loco Nanto and GS Nanto.
