Edition 2025 — Prosciuttando

The 2025 edition of Prosciuttando and The Olive Tree and the Truffle of the Berici Hills celebrated the region's excellences in Nanto — Prosciutto Veneto Berico Euganeo DOP, De.Co. Scorzone Truffle, and EVO oil — with cooking shows, tastings, visits to ham producers, live music, and a walk among the olive trees of the Berici Hills.

In 2025, Nanto once again dedicated a July weekend to its three gastronomic excellences with the Prosciuttando festival and The Olive Tree and the Truffle of the Berici Hills. At the sports facilities, amidst cooking shows with local chefs, tastings of Prosciutto Veneto Berico Euganeo DOP, De.Co. Scorzone Truffle, and DOP extra virgin olive oil, visits to ham producers, and evenings with live music, the festival attracted food lovers and tourists. The walk among the olive trees, which combined taste and landscape discovery, was a highlight. Organized by Pro Loco Nanto and GS Nanto.
