Edition 2025 — Madonna della Libera

On Saturday, October 18, 2025, San Severo renewed its devotion to Maria SS. della Libera with the solemn procession of the Marian statue through the streets of the district, organized by the Maria SS. della Libera e San Sebastiano Parish. The departure and return of the image, accompanied by sacred hymns and the brass band, drew numerous faithful in a day of intense popular participation, distinct from the nearby Festa del Rosario held the following day.

2025 Edition

The 2025 Procession of Maria SS. della Libera took place in San Severo (FG) on Saturday, October 18. Following the liturgical celebrations in the parish church on Via Francesco D'Alfonso, the statue of the Virgin was carried in a solemn procession through the streets of the district, accompanied by the prayers of the faithful, sacred hymns, and the notes of the brass band.

The day, documented by videos of the procession's departure shared on city social media channels, confirmed the vitality of a popular devotion rooted in the neighborhood, experienced with great participation by the San Severo community and distinct from the Festa del Rosario celebrated on October 19.
