Edition 2025 — Priverno Jazz
Seventh edition, August 29-31, 2025
The 2025 edition of the Priverno Jazz Festival was held from August 29 to 31 in Piazza Giovanni XXIII, with guest of honor maestro Gianni Oddi, an internationally renowned saxophonist, present on all three evenings.
On Friday, August 29, the festival opened at 9:30 PM with the Pino Jodice Trio and the Morricone in Jazz project. Saturday, August 30, featured the Stefano Sabatini Trio, with the participation of Priverno trumpeter Giacomo Serino; in the afternoon, under the Portici Comunali, Gianni Oddi's free masterclass took place, after which the most deserving students took the stage that same evening. Sunday, August 31, saw the grand finale with the PJO – Priverno Jazz Orchestra directed by maestro Walter Fantozzi, accompanied by Gianni Oddi on alto sax and Francesco Carlesi on piano.
Every evening, starting at 8:00 PM, the AperiJazz transformed the streets of the historic center into a widespread stage. All events were free of charge.
