Edition 2025 — Primavere Elleniche

Primavere Elleniche is a recurring event that, edition after edition, has strengthened the bond between Giardini-Naxos and the Hellenic world. Following the path initiated with the creation of the Regional Network of Chalcidian Cities of Sicily, the event has continued to promote the Greek roots of the Ionian coast of Messina through meetings, archaeology, and cultural diplomacy.

Primavere Elleniche before 2026

Primavere Elleniche in Giardini-Naxos has established itself as a spring appointment dedicated to the Hellenic memory of Eastern Sicily. The event is part of the cultural journey that led to the establishment of the Regional Network of Chalcidian Cities of Sicily — Naxos, Messina, Catania, Lentini, and Carlentini — the centers founded by the Euboean colonists of Chalkida.

Between the Museum of the Sea and the Naxos Taormina Archaeological Park, the editions have offered meetings with scholars and archaeologists, musical moments, and twinning initiatives with Greece, particularly with the island of Naxos and Chalkida. A path that paved the way for the 2026 edition, confirming Giardini-Naxos as a cultural bridge between the West and the Eastern Mediterranean.
