"Primavera è Donna" is the event that every year, in Desenzano del Garda (province of Brescia), celebrates the talent and protagonism of women in culture, territory, and society. The final evening of the 8th edition takes place on May 23, 2026, at the San Michele Theatre, in the hamlet of Rivoltella, with free admission.
Awards and the literary competition
The heart of the event is the award ceremony for the literary competition, which in 2026 is dedicated to the centenary of the Nobel Prize for Literature for Grazia Deledda, the Sardinian writer who was the first Italian woman to receive the award. The "Donna Territorio & Cultura 2026" awards and the Nadia Toffa Prize, in its third edition, are also presented, handed over by Margherita Rebuffoni Toffa in memory of the journalist and presenter.
Words and music
The program alternates award moments with the concert by Alea & Band, in an evening that combines recognitions, testimonials, and entertainment. The event is organized by Swanbook Cultural Association and Publishing House and represents an established appointment in the Garda cultural calendar.

The final event of the 8th edition takes place on May 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the San Michele Theatre. The program includes the award ceremony for the literary competition linked to the centenary of Grazia Deledda's Nobel Prize (among the winners are Samanda Pettinari, Nadia Cremonesi, Veronica Demuro, and Maria Graziano), the "Donna Territorio & Cultura 2026" awards (to Velise Bonfante, Sara Vigani, Caterina Musciarelli, Daniela Mena, and Valentina Bresciani), and the Nadia Toffa Prize, in its third edition, presented by Margherita Rebuffoni Toffa. The evening, hosted by Francesca Ghezzani with Aurelio Armio, is accompanied by a concert by Alea & Band.
