Prim'Olio Primovino

The 16th edition of Prim'Olio Primovino was held on 29 and 30 November 2025 in the historic centre of Camaiore, enlivening the town's three main squares: Piazza XIX Maggio, Piazza San Bernardino, and Piazza Diaz.

The fair, organised by the Versilia Tourism Promotion Consortium together with the Pro Loco of Camaiore and conceived by Cantine Angeli, celebrated new olive oil, new wine, honey, artisanal bread, and organic products from the region. Key initiatives included the competition for the best extra virgin olive oil, with samples analysed by experts from the Busdraghi Agricultural Technical Institute and then submitted for public tasting, alongside talks, tastings, and markets. Admission was free.
