How it went in 2025
The 2025 Prickly Pear Festival was held on Sunday, September 7 in Furore, in the province of Salerno, as the concluding act of the fourth edition of Facciamo Furore, the summer series promoted by the Municipality and held from July 26 to September 7 between Piazza Mola, Viale dell'Amore, the Furore Fjord, and Parco della Pellerina.
Biagio Izzo took the stage for the grand finale, for an evening that brought together music, comedy, and local flavors as part of the 'Meraviglie: i sentieri dei sensi' project. As per tradition, the festival promoted the prickly pear, the signature fruit of the Furore terraces, in a setting of great popular participation.
The 2025 summer season had featured, among other events, 'La Corrida' on August 1st with Alessandro D'Auria, the candlelight concert on August 2nd, the show 'Odissea: Ulisse e le Sirene' on August 9th at the Fjord, the Feast of San Pasquale concert on August 17th, and the Sea Festival on August 24th.
