Edition 2025 — Prickly Pear Festival

In 2025, the Prickly Pear Festival celebrated its fiftieth edition: from September 5th to 8th, Piazza Bronzetti and the center of Castel Morrone hosted four evenings of music, tradition, and flavor, with the Gara del Solco and prickly pear-based delicacies taking center stage, alongside live concerts, local products, and crafts in the heart of the province of Caserta.

The 50th edition of the Prickly Pear Festival took place in Castel Morrone from Friday, September 5th, to Monday, September 8th, 2025, with Piazza Bronzetti as the heart of the event. Four evenings of live music accompanied the festival: Remember 90 on September 5th, Francesco Di Bella on September 6th, Tony Tammaro on September 7th, and the Arianova - Collettivo Artistico Vesuviano on September 8th. Throughout the village, among courtyards and alleys, stalls offered local products and prickly pear-based desserts, while the traditional Gara del Solco, linked to the September 8th feast of Maria SS. della Misericordia, was renewed. A special edition that celebrated half a century of the festival's history.
