Prezza Artichoke Festival

The 14th edition of the Prezza Artichoke Festival took place on May 24 and 25, 2025, confirming the event as one of the most cherished spring appointments in the Peligna Valley. Organized by the Pro Loco and the Municipality of Prezza, the event offered tastings and food stalls with the artichoke as the star of traditional dishes, live music to animate the evenings, and cultural entertainment events. As every year, the historic center of the village in L'Aquila transformed into a journey of flavors and folklore, drawing visitors from across the region to celebrate the prized Prezza artichoke.
