Edition 2025 — Presepi nel Borgo

The second edition of Presepi nel Borgo took place in Cappadocia on Saturday, December 6, and Sunday, December 7, 2025, from late morning to afternoon. The historic center hosted artisanal nativity scenes displayed in cellars, alleys, and squares, accompanied by a local craft market, tastings of local products, sweets, and hot drinks, children's workshops from 2:00 PM, and a public-voted competition for the 2025 Presepe nel Borgo Trophy.

Presepi nel Borgo 2025

The second edition of Presepi nel Borgo was held in Cappadocia, in the province of L'Aquila, on Saturday, December 6, and Sunday, December 7, 2025. Along the narrow streets and cellars of the historic center, visitors were able to admire artisanal nativity scenes created by local craftsmen and enthusiasts, all immersed in the scent of wood and moss.

The event combined art, tradition, and flavors: a local craft market with Christmas gift ideas, food stalls with hot dishes and Abruzzese specialties, artisanal sweets, and warm drinks. From 2:00 PM on both days, workshops and entertainment activities were held for children. The public also voted for the most beautiful display, awarding the 2025 Presepe nel Borgo Trophy. Admission was free.
