Edition 2025 — Chamber and Jazz Music

The third edition of Praiano Chamber and Jazz Music took place from June 29 to October 25, 2025, with a dozen events distributed between Palazzo Zingone, the Congrega del Rosario, the Church of San Luca, Villa Maria Pia Zingone, and the town squares. A program that alternated 1920s swing, string and piano trios, philharmonic orchestra, Neapolitan mandolins, opera, and folk music, all with free admission and under the patronage of the Municipality of Praiano.

Praiano Chamber and Jazz Music 2025

The 2025 edition, the third of the festival, extended the season until the end of October, a sign of the growth of the project born in 2022. The festival opened on June 29th at Palazzo Zingone with The Swing Tree and the voice of Virginia Sorrentino, in a program dedicated to 1920s and 30s jazz.

Among the most popular events were the string and piano trio on July 4th at the Congrega del Rosario featuring works by Paganini, Sarasate, and Beethoven, the dawn concert on August 6th in Piazza San Luca with the Falaut Orchestra, and the "Concert for Peace" on August 9th in Piazza San Gennaro performed by the Orchestra Filarmonica Campana. On August 11th, Villa Maria Pia Zingone hosted "Mandolin Treasures Around Naples," while on August 29th, Piazza San Luca hosted a special event for the 2500th anniversary of Parthenope.

The autumn finale featured the Trio Caruso at the Church of San Luca, a soprano-piano duo, the folk repertoire of "Mare d'ajere," and, on October 25th, the closing concert by the Cusano violin duo. All events were held in Praiano, in the province of Salerno, with free admission.
