Edition 2025 — Potato Festival

The 7th edition of the Potato Festival — Gustiamoci il Pianalto took place in Villastellone from September 19 to 21, 2025, with a preview on Thursday the 18th. Three days of celebration with a gastronomic village at Palarane, musical evenings and DJ sets, an agricultural market, a walk through the Pianalto fields, and Occitan dancing with the group Li Destartavelà in Piazza Libertà.

The seventh edition of the Villastellone Potato Festival was held from Friday, September 19 to Sunday, September 21, 2025, preceded on Thursday the 18th by the "Waiting for the Festival" evening with a film screening. The event was organized by the Villastellone Pro Loco together with the Pro Loco of Caramagna, Carmagnola, Castagnole Piemonte, Lombriasco, and Poirino, and the Farmers and Breeders Association, under the patronage of the Metropolitan City of Turin.

The Pro Loco Village at Palarane offered dinners with typical local dishes, accompanied by live music with the band Starlights and DJ sets on Friday, and a "90s Party" on Saturday night. Sunday was dedicated to agriculture: at 9:00 AM the agricultural market in Piazza Libertà, at 9:30 AM the "Gustiamoci il Pianalto" food-and-wine walk with a farmer's breakfast and a demonstration of the "Patate d'la Vila" harvest, the official inauguration at noon, and in the afternoon, Occitan dances with the group Li Destartavelà.

<p>Free access to the festival areas and the market. "Waiting for the Festival" evening on September 18 with a 5-euro ticket; "Gustiamoci il Pianalto" walk (approx. 5.7 km route) with a 15-euro participation fee. Dinner/lunch service at the Pro Loco Village is paid according to the menu.</p>
