Porchetta, Pork Shank and Craft Beer Festival

In July 2025, the Porchetta, Pork Shank and Craft Beer Festival enlivened Parco Danielli in Buti (PI) for two weekends: July 11-12-13 and July 18-19-20. The event, organized by the Contrada San Nicolao of the Palio di Buti, celebrated the authentic flavors of Tuscan tradition.

The star was the wood-fired Chianti porchetta, served on a plate or in a sandwich, accompanied by oven-roasted pork shank, pasta alla porchetta, and the Puntaccolese version with bacon and olives. To quench guests' thirst, there was ice-cold craft beer from the Orzo Bruno brewery. The evenings, with stands opening at 7:30 PM, attracted families and visitors from neighboring towns as well.
