Edition 2025 — Assumption Festival
Ferragosto 2025 in Farnese
The 2025 edition reprised the customary blend of faith, music, and history that characterizes the festival. On August 14th, the Assumption procession passed through the village, while the S. Cecilia Musical Band accompanied the days of celebration. The traditional Ferragosto tombola was held in Piazza del Comune, and on the final day, the Farnese Historical Pageant paraded in its 18th-century costumes, alongside the processions of the Duchy of Castro and the flag-wavers of Piansano. To complete the calendar, gastronomic food festivals were dedicated to typical local dishes.
