Popoli in Festa

The 2025 edition of Popoli in Festa confirmed Fermignano as a meeting place for peoples, with music, gastronomy, dances, and community moments in the historic center.

A central role was played by the project "La Storia siamo Noi" (History is Us), conceived by artist Giovanni Gaggia with critic Pietro Gaglianò, culminating in the active citizenship installation "A Fermignano c'è il mare" (In Fermignano there is the sea): a large collective tapestry and a sound monument created with the voices and work of many city children, a symbol of shared memory and openness to the future.

The festival blended concerts, workshops, performances, and gastronomic offerings from the various communities present in the area, in an atmosphere of celebration, dialogue, and inclusion.
