Edition 2025 — Pontedera Cosplay

The fifth edition of Pontedera Cosplay took place on September 19 and 20, 2025, in the historic center of Pontedera, with free admission. Two days packed with cosplay, parades, contests, themed areas dedicated to Star Wars, The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Gundam, and superheroes, as well as workshops, historical fencing, live-action role-playing, and a treasure hunt among the town's businesses.

The fifth edition of Pontedera Cosplay was held on September 19 and 20, 2025, transforming the historic center of Pontedera into a large, free-admission pop culture village.

Friday opened with pirate-themed workshops and the Cosplay Dance Night, while Saturday featured an official photo shoot at Villa Crastan and a treasure hunt involving ten local businesses. The squares hosted themed areas dedicated to superheroes in Piazza Cavour, Gundam in Piazza Garibaldi, historical fencing in Piazza dell'Era, and, along Corso Matteotti, groups from Star Wars, The Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter. The cosplay contest awarded the best costumes, with a 150-euro voucher for the first-place winner, while comic artist David Bigotti created live illustrations.
