Edition 2025 — Ponte Longobarda

The 3rd edition of Ponte Longobarda took place on August 30 and 31, 2025, in the hamlet of Ponte, Cerreto di Spoleto. Two days of events included an inaugural conference with anthropologist Agostino Lucidi and archaeologist Francesca Diosono, a workshop on Lombard games for children, a falconry demonstration, dinner with Queen Ponzia with live music, and a trek to the castle with guide Sonia Cocciarelli.

The 3rd edition of Ponte Longobarda — Land of Stories and Legends was held on August 30 and 31, 2025, in the hamlet of Ponte, Cerreto di Spoleto, organized by Pro Loco Borgo Cerreto-Ponte APS with the patronage and support of the Municipality and the Umbria Region.

Saturday began with the inaugural conference at the former Town Hall, featuring speeches by the administration, anthropologist Agostino Lucidi, and archaeologist Francesca Diosono, followed by a workshop on Lombard games for children, a falconry demonstration, and dinner with Queen Ponzia with live music. Sunday was dedicated to the trek to the castle with guide Sonia Cocciarelli, historical re-enactments, tastings, and a panoramic aperitif.

Saturday, August 30, 2025

  • 5:00 PM — Opening ceremony and inaugural conference at the former Town Hall with the administration, anthropologist Agostino Lucidi, and archaeologist Francesca Diosono
  • 5:30 PM — Children's workshop "Discovering Lombard Games"
  • 6:00 PM — Falconry demonstration
  • 8:00 PM — Dinner with Queen Ponzia with live music (by reservation)

Sunday, August 31, 2025

  • 9:00 AM — Trek to the castle with guide Sonia Cocciarelli (by reservation)
  • 5:00 PM — Historical re-enactments, itinerant duels, and tastings
  • 6:00 PM — Aperitif with panoramic view
