Edition 2025 — Ponte di Parole

The fourth edition of Ponte di Parole was held in Pontedera from April 8 to 13, 2025, with over 60 events spread across 20 city locations and the collaboration of more than 30 local cultural entities. Six days of author meetings, workshops, readings, theatrical shows, concerts, and photography exhibitions, all with free admission. The edition exceeded 4,000 attendees.

The fourth edition of Ponte di Parole brought Pontedera to life from April 8 to 13, 2025, with over 60 events in 20 locations across the city. The widespread festival involved more than thirty local cultural entities, including independent bookstores, associations, and schools.

Among the more than thirty authors present: Dacia Maraini, Maria Grazia Calandrone, Fabio Genovesi, Marcello Fois, Piero Marrazzo, Christian Raimo, Giulio Mozzi, and Francesco Niccolini. The program intertwined literary meetings, theatrical shows, concerts, themed screenings, photography exhibitions, and activities for children. Preceding the festival was the Phototelling contest inspired by Kafka. All events were free, with a total of over 4,000 attendees.
