Edition 2025 — Renaissance Festival

In 2025, the Pontassieve Renaissance Festival took the historic center back in time with its usual re-enactment program: costumed processions, flag-wavers, falconry displays, archery, medieval games, period markets, and food stalls. In this edition as well, the public was able to witness the spectacular Scoppio del Castello, with free admission to all events.

The 2025 edition of the Pontassieve Renaissance Festival, organized by the Associazione Corteo Storico di Pontassieve, enlivened Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II and the streets of the historic center for several days. As per tradition, the program combined the grand costumed historical procession, falconry and archery displays, Renaissance games, the ancient crafts market, and food stalls featuring the flavors of Tuscan cuisine. The most anticipated moment was once again the Scoppio del Castello, the evening fire performance re-enacting the assault on a fortress. A major attraction for Pontassieve and the entire Valdisieve, with free admission.
