Edition 2025 — Fava Bean Festival

The 46th edition of the Pomaia Fava Bean Festival took place from April 25 to 27 and May 1, 2025, organized by the Circolo Culturale Ricreativo Pomaiese with the Associazione Pomaiese and the patronage of the Municipality of Santa Luce. Tuscan cuisine, fresh fava beans, markets, and music brought the village of Pomaia to life in the heart of the Pisan Hills.

The 2025 edition, the 46th, featured the proven formula of the village festival dedicated to the fava bean. The restaurant area remained open every evening from 7:00 PM, with lunch on holidays from 12:00 PM. The menu included wild boar pappardelle, vegetable soup, stewed fava beans, grilled meats, and raw fava beans to be enjoyed with pecorino. The days were complemented by craft markets, food stands, and entertainment in the setting of the village of Pomaia, in the province of Pisa.
