Polpette & Beat 2025

On July 22 and 23, 2025, the historic center of Capurso (Bari) transformed into a village of flavors and music. Starting at 8:00 PM, between Piazza Gramsci and the alleys of the old town, the polpetta capursese met the beat of live music amidst soft lighting and kitchen aromas.

The musical program featured ContourBand, Le Cumbinate, and Orecchiette Swing on the evening of July 22, followed on July 23 by street bands, DoMiSoul, and the Lindy Hop community of Hops Bari with DJ sets. There was no shortage of traditional and creative meatballs, craft beers from the local brewery, and Puglian specialties, along with vintage markets and local crafts. The event strengthened the bond between the Capurso community and its signature meatball, which is at the heart of the 'Polpetta di Capurso' identity and anti-waste project.
