Edition 2025 — Polentata di Moron

In 2025, the Polentata di Moron once again brought the Saint-Vincent Carnival to the alpine hamlet, with polenta distribution near the church of San Maurizio. A convivial event that combined gastronomy, tradition, and mountain landscape, involving residents and visitors in a festive atmosphere away from the center of the Aosta Valley spa town.

In 2025, the Polentata di Moron confirmed its identity as a hamlet carnival celebration in the municipality of Saint-Vincent, province of Aosta. The distribution of polenta near the church of San Maurizio combined gastronomy, tradition, and alpine landscape, in a community moment appreciated by locals and visitors.
