Edition 2025 — Polenta Taragna Festival
The first edition of the Polenta Taragna Festival in Bagnatica inaugurated the fair dedicated to the famous dish of Orobic tradition.
In the sports field parking lot, polenta taragna in its numerous variations, along with casoncelli, pizzoccheri, and grilled meats, won over visitors, accompanied by live music in the evenings. The debut of the event, organized by La Bergamasca Eventi, laid the groundwork for a gastronomic event destined to be repeated in the following years.
