Polenta Festival

The 2025 edition of the Polenta Festival in Rocca Massima (province of Latina) was held on November 22 and 23, reaching its fifth edition. The La Castagna Association re-proposed the single-course formula: polenta topped with sausage, spare ribs, and broccoli rabe, served with water and wine at a price of 15 euros per person.

On Saturday, the festival started in the late afternoon with dinner and a musical afternoon dedicated to the Roman and Lazio folk repertoire. On Sunday, the village came alive from 10 AM with the craft market, followed by lunch in the main square accompanied by the folk singers of Maestro Turco. Throughout the weekend, there was also a parade of Fiat 500s and vintage cars along the climb leading to the village and walks to the viewpoint over the Lepini Mountains.

In 2025 as well, table reservations were made by phone, with a good turnout of visitors from the Lepini municipalities, the Castelli Romani, and Rome.
