Polenta Festival (Polentata)

The 57th Guardistallo Polenta Festival was held on October 11 and 12, 2025, at the Piazzale delle Feste, confirming the success of the historic Polentata. The food stand offered polenta with wild boar ragù and mushroom sauce, along with the polenta snack for quick tastings.

The program included, on Saturday, October 11 in the evening, a concert by the musical group BBQ Ribs; on Sunday, October 12, a morning mountain bike ride through the hills and, in the afternoon, music and dancing with the Gli Hurrà Orchestra, a roaming marching band, and DJ sets by Boccale. The edition was part of the local development path promoted by the Municipality of Guardistallo, which recently joined the Cities of Oil circuit.
