Edition 2025 — Polenta and Wild Boar

The 2025 edition of Polenta and Wild Boar was held on Sunday, January 26, 2025, at 12:30 PM, at the Pro Loco Area on Via Camporelle in Cambiano. As per tradition, the Pro Loco lunch featured hot, hearty dishes from the Piedmontese winter kitchen, with mandatory reservations and limited seating.

On Sunday, January 26, 2025, at 12:30 PM, the Pro Loco of Cambiano organized its customary winter lunch at the Pro Loco Area on Via Camporelle, at the corner of Via D'Ovia. The menu once again featured the great classics of the cold season: polenta and wild boar, beans and frico with polenta, and hazelnut cake with zabaione, in addition to a menu designed for children. The convivial and family-oriented event confirmed the formula perfected over the years by the Cambiano Pro Loco, with the usual mandatory reservation due to limited seating.
