Poetry Village 2025 - The third edition

The Poetry Village 2025 took place from September 9 to 13 in the Caffarella Valley, with two preview days (September 9-10) and the main festival from September 11 to 13. Over sixty protagonists of the poetic scene took turns at the Casa del Parco regionale dell'Appia Antica.

Guests included: Franco Arminio with saxophonist Pasquale Innarella, Silvia Bre, Claudio Damiani, Ruxandra Cesereanu with a focus on Romanian literature, Ulderico Pesce, Serenella Iovino, as well as concerts by Sergio Beercock ("Gotico Mediterraneo") and the duo Baba and Djana Sissoko, blending blues, jazz, and percussion. The event also featured the Poetry Slam by Spoken Roma, Poetry Labs with dozens of authors, a video-poetry workshop for children and teenagers, the "Cortecce" photographic exhibition by Anna Di Fusco, and nature-theater shows. Admission was free, with the option to stay for dinner at the Casa del Parco.
