Edition 2025 — Poetry Theatre Matera
The National Poetry Theatre Festival debuts in 2026 as the first Italian tour dedicated to the encounter between poetry, theatre, and music, with stages in Rome, L'Aquila, Milan, Matera, and Ragusa. The Matera stage is part of the Fantastico Medioevo Festival.
The National Poetry Theatre Festival is launched as the first traveling review dedicated to the encounter between poetry, theatre, and music, with a tour in 2026 that crosses Rome, L'Aquila, Milan, Matera, and Ragusa. The Matera stage is linked to the Fantastico Medioevo Festival and the historical heritage of the City of the Sassi, with a choral performance conceived around oral tradition and contemporary writing.
