Edition 2025 — Poenta e Bacalà Festival

In 2025, the Poenta e Bacalà Festival enlivened the historic center of Thiene as every year, following the sixtieth anniversary celebrated in 2024. The star was baccalà alla vicentina with polenta, the symbolic dish of tradition and the "signature dish" of Pro Loco Thiene, which has organized the event since 1964.

The 2025 edition of the Poenta e Bacalà Festival confirmed the central role of baccalà alla vicentina served with polenta, celebrating one of the most representative dishes of the cuisine of Thiene and the entire province of Vicenza.

Organized by the Pro Loco Thiene with the patronage of the Municipality and the collaboration of Confcommercio, the festival drew crowds to the historic center's squares, renewing a gastronomic tradition that has been uninterrupted since 1964.
