Podolica Veal Spit-Roast Festival

The 2025 edition

The sixth edition of the festival confirmed the formula that has made the event a classic of the Laviano summer: two consecutive evenings, Monday, August 11th, and Tuesday, August 12th, 2025, starting at 8:30 PM at the Villaggio Antistress in the Campo Piano area, in the Municipality of Laviano, Province of Salerno.

The absolute star was once again the spit-roasted Podolica veal, with its slow cooking over an open flame, served with homemade bread, typical side dishes, local wine, and other traditional Campanian dishes. The first evening featured I Cumbariell del Liscio on stage, with their repertoire of folk music, followed at midnight by the FFD DJ set with a color party; the second evening was entrusted to the Armonia Italiana concert, dedicated to Southern Italian music and tarantellas. Inflatables for children were available throughout the event.

In 2025, admission was free, with parking available in the area and organization by Lavian Village APS.
