Edition 2025 — Plauser Genussfest'l

The 4th edition of the Plauser Genussfest'l took place on Sunday, August 10, 2025, from 10:00 AM to midnight, in the center of Plaus. The village transformed into a culinary paradise with South Tyrolean specialties, a farmers' market, local crafts, the apple strudel parade, and a rich program of live music, all in a convivial atmosphere perfect for the whole family.

Plauser Genussfest'l 2025

The 4th edition of the Plaus Taste Festival was held on Sunday, August 10, 2025, from 10:00 AM until midnight, in the village center of Plaus (Province of Bolzano). The day opened at 10:00 AM with an outdoor mass accompanied by music from Christian Theiner, followed in the afternoon by the characteristic apple strudel parade at 2:30 PM.

The stage featured performances by the bands zomquetscht (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM), Straight Flash (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM), and Die jungen Psairer (7:00 PM - 11:00 PM). Throughout the day, the public enjoyed South Tyrolean culinary specialties, visited the farmers' market with traditional products and crafts, and experienced the taste and sensory path at the (Un)sicht Bar. Entertainment for children was also provided.

Programme

10:00 AM: Opening with outdoor mass and musical accompaniment by Christian Theiner. 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: zomquetscht. 2:30 PM: Apple strudel parade. 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Straight Flash. 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Die jungen Psairer. All day: South Tyrolean cuisine, farmers' market, sensory path (Un)sicht Bar, and children's entertainment.
