Pizzole Festival 2025 — 8th edition
The eighth edition of the Pizzole Festival was held on Saturday, August 2 and Sunday, August 3, 2025, at the Giardini del Torrione, in the historic center of Anguillara Sabazia (RM), on Lake Bracciano. Organized by the Rione Castello of Anguillara, the event hosted two evenings dedicated to gastronomic tradition and conviviality, with free admission.
On Saturday, August 2, the stalls opened at 6:00 PM, followed by musical entertainment from 6:30 PM and, at 9:30 PM, the pop/rock acoustic concert by Trio Trigliceridi, with background music until late at night. On Sunday, August 3, the festival resumed at 6:00 PM with stalls and live music, karaoke with Ale e Dany Music Passion at 7:00 PM, and at 10:00 PM, the amateur show in Corrida style. The undisputed stars, as always, were the sweet and savory pizzole prepared on the spot by the Rione volunteers.
