Edition 2025 — Pizzetta Fritta Sacrofano
The 2025 edition
The summer of 2025 saw the baptism of the Pizzetta Fritta Festival, a new event promoted by the Pro Loco of Sacrofano with the municipality's Events and Culture Departments. On Saturday, July 19th, and Sunday, July 20th, Piazza Ugo Serata was filled for two evenings dedicated to the pizzetta fritta, served hot in various versions from stalls set up in the historic center. Accompanying the tastings was live music: on Saturday, a performance by Pasquale Sculco, already known to television audiences from the show Amici, and on Sunday, a concert by the pop duo Audio 2. The positive public response to the first edition paved the way for the festival's confirmation in the 2026 Sacrofano summer calendar.
