Edition 2025 — Pizzarelle Festival

The 47th edition of the Pizzarelle Festival took place on Saturday, September 20, and Sunday, September 21, 2025, in Cerreto Laziale, at Piazza Guglielmo Marconi. Organized by the Pro Loco with the Pro Loco Next Generation group, the festival featured pizzarelle with 'pistachio' sauce and Pecorino Romano, along with food stalls, craft beer, gluten-free menus, and live music in the heart of the medieval village of the Metropolitan City of Rome.

Pizzarelle Festival 2025

The 47th edition of the Pizzarelle Festival enlivened Cerreto Laziale during the weekend of September 20 and 21, 2025, with the historic center and Piazza Guglielmo Marconi transformed into a large festival space.

The stars were the pizzarelle, a rustic wheat and corn pasta recognized since 2023 as a Traditional Agri-food Product of Lazio, served with the classic sauce based on garlic, oil, chili, tomato, and Pecorino Romano. Alongside the Pro Loco food stalls, there was no shortage of craft beer, gluten-free menus, porchetta, and live music, in a convivial atmosphere that drew visitors from all over the Giovenzano Valley.
