Edition 2025 — Pizza Sfogliata Festival

The 2025 edition of the Pizza Sfogliata Festival was held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, starting at 7:00 PM, at the former municipal kindergarten in Rocca di Cambio. Organized by the local Pro Loco, the evening renewed the ancient St. Martin's ritual with the tasting of the 'pizza sfogliata' — a traditional dessert made of egg pasta with lemon, pepper, and cinnamon — accompanied by the autumn specialties of the Apennine village.

The 2025 Pizza Sfogliata Festival took place on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 7:00 PM, at the former municipal kindergarten in Rocca di Cambio, in the province of L'Aquila.

The local Pro Loco invited residents and visitors to rediscover the 'pizza sfogliata', the traditional dessert made of thin egg pasta sheets flavored with lemon, pepper, and cinnamon, along with other seasonal specialties from the Altopiano delle Rocche: chickpea soups, chestnuts, and new wine. An evening dedicated to the St. Martin's tradition and conviviality, in the heart of the Abruzzo autumn.
