Edition 2025 — Pizza d'Cucozza Festival
The second edition of the pumpkin festival
In November 2025, the village of Collelavena, Alatri, hosted the second edition of the Pizza d'Cucozza Festival, organized by the Insieme per Collelavena Association. The event was held from Friday, November 7 to Sunday, November 9 at the Centro Don Bosco, and was subsequently extended by popular demand to include Saturday, November 15 and Sunday, November 16.
The undisputed star was the pizza d'cucozza, the traditional pumpkin pizza of local peasant cuisine, served alongside other seasonal dishes. The opening evening on Friday, November 7, was enlivened by a major folk music concert featuring the group ERRESEI, starting at 8:00 PM. As an indoor event, the festival took place in the warm and welcoming atmosphere typical of Ciociaria village festivals.
