The 2025 Christmas Edition
On December 23, 2025, the Piturro Festival animated Piazza San Teodoro in Sinagra, in the Nebrodi mountains, starting at 6:30 PM. The event was one of the highlights of the Sinagra Christmas 2025 program, dedicated to community, culture, and the village's traditions.
On the same day, a busy one dedicated to the community, other events took place including lunch with the elderly, a book fair, and the Christmas market, which filled the town center with an authentic festive atmosphere. The stalls featured piturro and biancomangiare, typical Nebrodi products, and traditional music, confirming the deep bond between Sinagra and its peasant cuisine.
