Edition 2025 — Piteglio in Piazza

During the summer of 2025, Piteglio in Piazza once again brought the village to life with concerts, gastronomic evenings, and shows. Among the most successful events was Saperi e Sapori on August 9, 2025: a tasting tour in the village courtyards, featuring music and dancing in the square, organized by Pro Loco Piteglio.

The 2025 edition of Piteglio in Piazza confirmed the summer festival as one of the most cherished events in the Pistoia Mountains. The heart of the calendar, on Saturday, August 9, 2025, was the Saperi e Sapori evening: a food and wine tour in the village courtyards, with each square dedicated to a specialty.

  • Aia Bandini: aperitif and appetizer of Tuscan crostini
  • Aia del Campanile: homemade tortelli with sauce
  • Aia Grande: grilled meat, side dishes, and fett'unta
  • Balzo: Piteglio cheese and honey
  • Piazza: homemade desserts and Vin Santo

The evening, organized by Pro Loco Piteglio, concluded with dancing in the square. The festival also featured concerts and performances throughout the summer.
