Pisa Half Marathon 2025 — 19th edition
The nineteenth edition took place on Sunday, October 12, 2025, with an exceptionally redesigned route entirely contained within San Rossore Park. The event attracted approximately 3,000 total participants between the half marathon and the Pisa Ten, with 1,773 athletes at the start of the competitive race and about 600 runners from abroad, some even from New Zealand and the Philippines.
The winners were Kenyans Bonface Fundi Njiru in the men's category and Mercy Jebichii in the women's category. The Pisa Ten, a 10 km non-competitive race, was dedicated to the memory of psychiatrist Barbara Capovani. A sunny day accompanied thousands of spectators along the park's avenues until sunset, confirming Pisa as one of the most appreciated half marathons in Italy.
