Edition 2025 — Pint of Science Messina

The third Messina edition of Pint of Science took place from May 19 to 21, 2025, doubling the venues: "Tech Me Out" evenings at the Irish Pub in Ganzirri were joined by "Our Society" meetings at the La Piazzetta pub. Three free evenings with researchers from the University of Messina and the CNR, starting at 9:00 PM.

In 2025, Pint of Science returned to Messina for its third edition, from Monday, May 19 to Wednesday, May 21, starting at 9:00 PM with free admission. The event doubled its venues, adding the new Our Society track hosted at the La Piazzetta pub in the city center to the existing Tech Me Out track at the Irish Pub in Ganzirri.

Talks included: Print me a beer! by Guido Di Bella, The mathematics of waves by Luca Desiderio, and Optical forces, from space to the oceans by Alessandro Magazzù (CNR-IPCF) for the technology track; Crime & Justice by Simona Raffaele and The spectacle of true crime by Antonia Cava for social sciences. An edition that confirmed the event's deep roots in the city of Messina and in Sicily.
