Edition 2025 — Pink Asparagus Festival

The 2025 edition of the Pink Asparagus Festival of Mezzago animated Palazzo Archinti with its themed restaurant, producers' market, pink asparagus tastings, children's workshops, and side events, reaffirming the "Quality Festival" UNPLI mark.

In 2025, the Pink Asparagus Festival of Mezzago renewed its tradition by celebrating the symbolic vegetable of the Brianza municipality. At Palazzo Archinti, the festival restaurant offered pink asparagus in its most classic forms, from risotto to local traditional dishes.

Alongside gastronomy, the 2025 edition featured a producers' market, educational workshops for children, environmental initiatives, and musical moments, confirming the festival as one of the most beloved agricultural and cultural events in the Province of Monza and Brianza.
