Edition 2025 — Pine Nut Festival

In 2025, the Pine Nut Festival once again enlivened Parco 1° Maggio in Fosso Ghiaia, on the outskirts of Ravenna, in the heart of the Pineta di Classe. The event, organized by the Fosso Ghiaia Citizens' Committee with the patronage of the Municipality of Ravenna, featured food stalls with Romagnola dishes and pine nut specialties, attractions for all ages, and the sports event, confirming itself as one of the most beloved spring festivals in the Ravenna area.

The 2025 edition of the Pine Nut Festival took place at Parco 1° Maggio in Fosso Ghiaia, a district of Ravenna nestled in the Pineta di Classe (Class Pine Forest), in Emilia-Romagna.

Spread over two weekends between late April and early May, the festival highlighted the pine nut, a local specialty harvested for centuries in these pine woods. The food stalls, open from 12:00 PM, offered traditional Romagnola dishes and pine nut specialties, accompanied by attractions, family entertainment, and sports activities. A popular and free festival, organized by the Fosso Ghiaia Citizens' Committee with the patronage of the Municipality of Ravenna.
