Edition 2025 — PiFF

The first edition of the PiFF - Pinerolo Film Festival took place from October 15 to 18, 2025, in Pinerolo, across the Teatro del Lavoro, Stage4 Teatro, and Cinema Ritz. The event, entirely dedicated to short films and documentaries, presented about fifty works from around the world, with sections for youth, social themes, Piedmontese productions, and FEDIC authors, receiving positive feedback from both the public and critics.

The first edition in 2025

The PiFF - Pinerolo Film Festival debuted from October 15 to 18, 2025, bringing to Pinerolo, in the province of Turin, a selection of about fifty short films from all over the world. Screenings were held at the Teatro del Lavoro, the Stage4 Teatro in San Germano Chisone, and the Cinema Ritz.

Highlights included the screening of Domenica sera by Matteo Tortone, winner of the 2025 David di Donatello, and the Audience Award presented to the short film Viola by Luciano Bruno. The edition was widely appreciated for the quality of the selection and the introduction of junior awards dedicated to young actors, laying the groundwork for the festival's return in 2026.
